Both note the version read is CURRENT (History line ends "effective February 14, 2025") and that an older 2020 board PDF is superseded and was NOT used. (a) FULL AGREEMENT. A and B agree on the entire numeric spine: annual cycle, lengthMonths 12; totalHours 20; three mandated within-topics each 1 hour (prescribing of controlled substances, infectious disease control, ethical considerations); a 10-hour live-training floor; no carryover (maxHours 0); provider model state_approved with strict false; excludedFormats empty; and a required current BLS certification (2 to 4 hours, live). Only cosmetic differences existed: topic id naming (A used "infectious_disease_control", B used "infection_control"; standardized to "infection_control") and format-code granularity (below).
