These terms cover your use of CEChart. They are written to be readable. By using the site or creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use CEChart.

What CEChart is, and is not

CEChart is a free tool that helps you track continuing education hours, see your progress toward license renewal and toward the AGD Fellowship and Mastership awards, and keep an exportable record. It is a record-keeping and math tool. It is not legal, tax, or licensing-board advice, it is not a certifying or accrediting body, and it does not decide whether you are compliant or whether a course counts. It shows progress toward the published requirements; it never awards a credential or certifies compliance. Always confirm your requirements with your state board and with the AGD.

Your account

The calculator needs no account. For the vault and related features you create a free account and are responsible for keeping your password and any two-factor codes secure. You must give an email address you control, and you must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; CEChart computes from the data you provide.

Acceptable use

Use CEChart for your own continuing-education record-keeping and lawful purposes. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, access another user's account or data, scrape or resell the content, upload malware, or use the site to violate any law or any third party's rights. We may suspend or remove access that abuses the service or its rate limits.

Your data is yours

You own the data you put into CEChart. You can export all of it at any time, in full, for free, and you can delete your account, which removes your data. How we handle data is described in our Privacy page. Records you generate are for your own use; you remain responsible for what you submit to your board or the AGD.

Paid features

The core product is free. If paid tiers are offered in the future, their price, billing terms, and cancellation terms will be shown at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these terms when you subscribe. Nothing in CEChart is a paid credential.

No warranty

CEChart is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work to keep the requirement data accurate and current and to cite its sources, but rules change and sources can be ambiguous, so we do not warrant that any figure is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for verifying your own requirements before you rely on them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CEChart and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any missed renewal, lapsed license, or lost award, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. The service is a tool to assist you; the responsibility for meeting your continuing-education and licensing obligations remains yours.

Third parties

Names such as the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), state dental boards, PACE, and ADA CERP are used only to describe their published requirements. CEChart is independent and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any of them.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the product changes; the "last updated" date above will reflect any change, and continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using CEChart and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access that violates these terms.
